Our client process is to examine current circumstances, analyse all objectives and through research and innovation deliver solutions. We build an interactive dynamic with all clients that allows us to proactively manage both a clients objectives and expectations ongoing. Fundamentally, our role is a long term one that we recognise must evolve to suit our clients goals as their lives change; and as such we encourage regular reviews. Our minimum service standard involves quarterly reviews for investors and half yearly reviews for all clients.
